Job Summary
To support testing and quality assurance for mission-critical healthcare applications in a MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environment, the full-time Automated Test Engineer (MUMPS) will develop and execute test plans and procedures, validate software enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for healthcare applications
- Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities
- Analyze and troubleshoot software defects and integration failures in collaboration with developers and business analysts
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software testing, quality assurance, or system validation experience
- Experience testing applications developed using MUMPS and/or InterSystems Cache
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
- Experience supporting healthcare or government environments with legacy applications
