Job Summary
Leading a team of test specialists, the full-time Automated Testing Manager will develop and oversee test strategies, manage system and automation testing, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team delivering various types of testing, including system, regression, and automation
- Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and develop comprehensive test strategies
- Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software application testing, including automation and performance testing
- Experience supervising a team and managing complex test programs
- Proficient in translating program requirements into testable objectives
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps integration
- Relevant certification from a recognized authority (e.g., SAFe Agile, Tosca Certified User)
