To enhance implementation capabilities, the full-time Automation and AI Specialist will design and develop innovative automation and AI-driven solutions for the Mortgage Cadence Platform, collaborating remotely with various teams to streamline client configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI- and automation-driven solutions for client implementations of MCP
- Leverage Large Language Models to interpret client documentation and generate configuration outputs
- Build and optimize automated workflows using tools like n8n, Power Automate, or custom scripts
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in automation, AI/ML, or software development
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or Zapier
- Experience with Large Language Models like OpenAI GPT or Claude
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and systems integration concepts
- Proficient in JavaScript, Python, .NET, or other scripting languages used for automation
