Automation and Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
To support various technical teams, the full-time Rotational Program Associate - Automation & Reporting Analyst will engage in multiple rotations across areas such as InfoSec, Engineering, and Data Analytics, focusing on automation improvements and reporting within the Deposit Operations team.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in role-specific training and demonstrate knowledge gained through coaching and training conversations
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to present information clearly and professionally
- Assist the back-office team in planning and executing automation functions and creating operational reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous completion of a Bread Financial Summer Internship (preferred)
- Prior banking industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reporting tools (e.g., Cognos)
- Understanding of programming automation tools/workflows
