Automation Associate

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Automation Associate, the successful candidate will identify and eliminate manual processes within the organization, developing automated solutions that enhance efficiency across Operations, Finance, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Quantify the value of automation opportunities by assessing manual effort and estimating potential time and cost savings
• Map current processes, design future-state automated workflows, and document clear requirements for builds
• Build and deploy automation solutions using AI-assisted development tools, ensuring adoption and ongoing support for the tools created

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building automations, internal tools, or workflows without requiring a software engineering background
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and low-code tools, with a strong ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Curiosity about business processes, with the ability to critically assess and suggest improvements
• Strong written communication skills for documenting processes and providing clear requirements
• Self-starter mentality with a desire for ownership of projects and a willingness to iterate quickly
