Automation Community Manager
Job Summary
Managing the day-to-day operations and growth of the community, the full-time remote Automation Community Manager will build relationships with automation CoE leaders, oversee the member portal experience, and co-deliver educational programs to ensure members receive measurable value from their membership.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with automation CoE leaders across member health systems
- Own the member portal experience, ensuring continuous improvement and high engagement levels
- Co-deliver certification courses and manage educational programs for member operational teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in intelligent automation, RPA, or digital transformation
- Working knowledge of RPA platforms, preferably UiPath, and familiarity with OCR/IDP and agentic AI
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing program management
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for director- and VP-level audiences
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance
