Automation Deployment Leader

Job Summary

As a fully remote opportunity, the Automation Deployment Leader will coordinate the end-to-end build, integration, and commissioning of automation solutions, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate construction, integration, and commissioning activities for automation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Lead the development of project scope, schedules, deliverables, and integration requirements in collaboration with system integrators and technical teams
• Manage all aspects of automation deployment, including installation, testing, and transition to production, while ensuring compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 10+ years of experience
• Bilingual in French and English is mandatory for effective communication across diverse teams
• Expertise in managing large, complex automation projects from design to commissioning
• Strong knowledge of automation architectures, safety standards, and cybersecurity requirements in industrial settings
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required; no visa sponsorship will be provided
