Automation Developer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Automation Developer will design, develop, and maintain travel software and workflows that transform manual processes into efficient, automated systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design custom end-to-end technical workflows
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve client inquiries and provide consultative guidance on product functionality
- Maintain accurate documentation for all travel technology-related processes and ensure applications remain current with vendor releases and patches
Required qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in the travel industry
- Expertise in at least one Global Distribution System (GDS)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#
- Solid understanding of JSON, XML, web services, and SQL databases
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
