Job Summary
As a full-time remote Automation Engineer II on the Falcon Complete Managed Detection & Response team, the successful candidate will develop automation workflows and AI-powered solutions to enhance security operations, focusing on building SOAR playbooks and collaborating with SOC analysts to improve detection and response efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining security automation workflows and playbooks in SOAR platforms
- Develop PowerShell and Python scripts for security enrichment and remediation tasks
- Collaborate with SOC analysts to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in automation, scripting, or cybersecurity
- Proficiency with PowerShell and working knowledge of Python
- Basic understanding of SIEM query languages and security analytics
- Familiarity with data formats (JSON) and Regular Expressions
- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, etc.)
