Job Summary
To enhance security operations through automation and AI, the full-time Automation Engineer II will develop workflows and playbooks, create scripts in PowerShell and Python, and collaborate with SOC analysts in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining security automation workflows and playbooks in SOAR platforms
- Develop PowerShell and Python scripts for security enrichment and remediation
- Collaborate with SOC analysts to identify and implement high-value automation opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in automation, scripting, or cybersecurity
- Proficiency with PowerShell for security investigation and response tasks
- Working knowledge of Python for automation and API integration
- Basic understanding of SIEM query languages and security analytics
- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
