Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives for automation in engineering design, the full-time remote Automation Manager will develop and implement innovative automation solutions while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for design automation projects
- Mentor and lead a team of engineering, design, and technology professionals in creating and implementing modular automation tools
- Manage organizational changes and adoption while ensuring alignment with strategic goals across various teams
Required qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered
- 8+ years of experience in design-related fields, with prior management experience preferred
- Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency in major software including Revit and supporting applications
- Demonstrated openness to innovation and evolving technology to enhance workflows
