Job Summary
To enhance automation testing capabilities, the full-time Associate Staff Engineer (Automation QA) will design and develop Playwright E2E test scripts, manage release testing, and collaborate cross-functionally, all while working remotely from China.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust Playwright E2E test scripts across multiple product renderers
- Independently analyze release scope and execute comprehensive release validation for production readiness
- Collaborate with manual QA, developers, and product teams on test case mapping and defect reproduction
Required qualifications
- Solid hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end UI automation
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and writing clean, maintainable test code
- Proven experience with Page Object Model (POM) and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Familiarity with YAML/JSON for test data management
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative engineering practices
