Job Summary
To enhance automation processes, the full-time Automation Specialist III will design, build, and modify Python scripts and integrations remotely, improving client service and supporting business goals while managing projects from inception to deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Python scripts and integrations to automate workflows and improve client services
- Research and deploy technology solutions, ensuring processes are resilient and scalable
- Collaborate with business users to understand workflows and confirm solutions meet their needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
- Minimum of 5 years of experience building production code in Python
- Experience with various APIs (REST/JSON, authentication, webhooks)
- Familiarity with MySQL, GitHub, and virtual machines
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to improve system maintainability and resilience
