Job Summary
Owning the digital inventory and merchandising workflow, the full-time Automotive Inventory Manager will coordinate the listing process for used EVs, ensuring accurate vehicle data and photos while working remotely with various teams to maintain listing standards across platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the listing workflow from vehicle arrival to publication, tracking and resolving any blockers
- Perform final reviews of vehicle photos and listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency with source records
- Monitor and resolve issues with listings on the company website and third-party marketplaces, maintaining accurate vehicle status in inventory systems
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in used-vehicle inventory, digital merchandising, or a related role
- Working knowledge of EV makes, trims, and relevant buyer information
- Experience with dealer inventory or merchandising platforms and third-party listing sites
- Ability to reconcile vehicle records using spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and judgment in managing listings and coordinating with remote teams
