Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Automotive Remarketing Supervisor will manage remarketing activities at physical auctions, develop relationships with dealerships, and ensure efficient customer service related to vehicle returns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing remarketing activities at auctions and storage locations
• Create and nurture relationships with dealership and GM divisional contacts
• Develop methods to minimize expenses related to vehicle disposal

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in customer service or the financial services industry
• Prior leadership experience
• Strong decision-making and project management skills
• Knowledge of the used vehicle market and distribution systems
