Job Summary
Providing world-class sales support, the full-time remote Automotive Technical Support Specialist will assist customers with automotive transmission-related inquiries, problem-solving, and installation challenges while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Function as the Technical Expert for customers and sales team members, relaying feedback for product improvement
- Resolve customer complaints and support the sales team with technical knowledge and customer service
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated vehicle maintenance experience, with an emphasis on gas transmissions preferred
- ASE Automotive Certification or equivalent is preferred
- 2 years of customer-facing service experience preferred
