Job Summary
Leading a complex and evolving portfolio, the full-time salaried Automotive Vice President will drive performance, profitable growth, and product strategy for the Automotive Line of Business while based in Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the vision, growth strategy, product roadmap, and financial plans for the Automotive Line of Business
- Analyze market trends to forecast objectives and identify growth opportunities, maintaining P&L accountability
- Build and lead a high-performing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic alignment
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in general management, business development, and services support
- Demonstrated P&L ownership with a focus on revenue growth and profitability
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing leadership teams
- Deep knowledge of the Puerto Rico automotive market and its regulatory considerations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing
