Job Summary
Supporting audiovisual technology in a remote capacity, the contract AV Technical Specialist will deliver hands-on operational support for meetings and live events, onboard presenters, monitor AV systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on audiovisual operational support for campus meetings, conferences, and live academic events
- Onboard and prepare presenters with required event technology prior to session start times
- Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve technical field issues independently to minimize disruption
Required qualifications
- Strong background in audio/visual support, video conferencing, and live event setup
- Proven technical troubleshooting capabilities with field equipment and hardware
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
