Aviation PMO Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading the establishment of a PMO framework for major aviation and infrastructure programs, the full-time Associate Director - PMO - Aviation Construction will manage governance, program controls, and risk management while engaging with stakeholders and mentoring a multidisciplinary team in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the PMO framework, governance model, and operating structure for aviation programs
• Oversee integrated program controls, ensuring consistency and accuracy of program data, baselines, and performance reporting
• Direct the program's risk management framework and lead the change management process

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or program controls for major capital programs
• Proven experience in aviation, transportation, or large infrastructure delivery
• Strong expertise in governance, program controls, reporting, and risk/change management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences
