Job Summary
Leading business optimization initiatives, the full-time AVP, Business Optimization will oversee workforce management, vendor governance, and operational transformation within the Claims and Contact Center operations, collaborating closely with various teams both onsite in Glastonbury, CT, and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business optimization efforts to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness
- Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics to monitor and improve operational results
- Manage third-party vendor relationships and oversee enterprise project governance to support strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- 10+ years of experience in operations, workforce management, or related leadership roles
- 4+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience in managing third-party vendor relationships and contract governance
- Proficiency in workforce management systems and advanced Excel capabilities
