AVP Paid Social Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing digital marketing team, the full-time AVP Paid Social Manager will lead the execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn, collaborating with analysts and business teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns while monitoring performance against KPIs
• Collaborate with business teams for campaign planning and conduct performance reviews, acting as the campaign leader
• Identify growth opportunities and automation potential, managing external partner relationships and providing oversight to the Paid Social Analyst

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
• Proven experience in client service and business team management
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership and mentoring within a paid social context
• Strong understanding of campaign analytics, optimization, and technical aspects of paid social campaigns
