AWS Certified AI Practitioner
Job Summary
To support IT Call Center operations, the remote AWS Certified AI Practitioner will design, implement, and optimize AI and ML solutions using AWS services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance automation and service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and implement AWS AI and ML solutions to improve IT Call Center operations, including automation and predictive analytics
- Design and maintain AI solutions using AWS services such as Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, and Amazon SageMaker
- Collaborate with program leadership and data analysts to develop predictive models and optimize AI-powered contact center capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS AI and ML solutions in IT service delivery
- Demonstrated experience with AWS AI services including Amazon Lex and Amazon SageMaker
- Experience integrating AWS AI services with operational platforms
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification (required at time of hire)
