AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
Job Summary
Supporting the Department of the Air Force's Digital Infrastructure, the full-time AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner will manage cloud operations, ensure secure environment configurations, and maintain compliance with security standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor cloud environments, including system deployments and security group maintenance
- Ensure proper environment configuration and access management in line with security principles
- Apply the AWS shared responsibility model and maintain compliance with regulatory and DoD security standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI clearance
- Demonstrated knowledge of AWS cloud concepts and experience with DoD programs
- Working knowledge of networking concepts and government system security scanning (ACAS/Nessus)
