Job Summary
A company is looking for an AWS Cloud Computing Associate to provide Tier 2 IT System and Service Desk support for the Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, IT operations, and storage utilization
- Develop, document, and communicate cloud processes and best practices
- Identify, track, and resolve system issues while maintaining customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 5 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a government agency clearance
- 1+ years of Linux system administration experience, preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Experience in AWS Gov Cloud
- Working knowledge of AWS applications such as CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and Lambda
