AWS Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
To support complex client environments, the full-time AWS Cloud Engineer III will provide Tier III escalation support, design and troubleshoot AWS infrastructures, and mentor junior engineers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier III escalation support for complex infrastructure and cloud issues
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot AWS environments across multiple client organizations
- Monitor AWS environments and analyze logs to ensure optimal performance and security
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, and IAM
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and hybrid cloud environments
- Proficiency in automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and develop sustainable remediation strategies
