AWS Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
To support cloud infrastructure modernization and production migration activities, the AWS Cloud Engineer will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS infrastructure while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful migration and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure for modernization and migration activities
- Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of AWS networking components and workloads
- Support production migration activities, including pre-cutover readiness and post-cutover validation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Strong production experience with AWS VPC, subnets, security groups, and NACLs
- Experience with EC2, ECS, and/or Fargate
- Hands-on experience with CloudFormation and/or Terraform
- Experience supporting production cloud migrations or infrastructure modernization
