AWS Cloud Engineer III
Job Summary
Providing Tier III escalation support, the full-time AWS Cloud Engineer III will design, implement, and troubleshoot complex AWS environments while working Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Tier III support for advanced infrastructure and cloud issues, ensuring effective resolution and documentation
- Design and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available AWS infrastructures across multiple client organizations
- Monitor AWS environments and perform root-cause analysis to develop sustainable solutions for recurring incidents
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, and IAM
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and hybrid environments
- Proficiency in automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
