AWS Cloud Ops Engineer
Job Summary
Monitoring and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure services, the full-time AWS Cloud Ops Engineer will perform daily health checks, incident investigations, and manage cloud infrastructure monitoring remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily AWS cloud infrastructure health checks and operational readiness assessments
- Configure and enhance cloud infrastructure monitoring using AWS CloudWatch and Dynatrace
- Troubleshoot service outages and support application deployments by executing approved runbooks
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure or cloud operations experience, with 3+ years of hands-on AWS operations
- Experience with production AWS workloads and monitoring tools
- Strong knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, EBS, RDS, and VPC
- Preferred certifications: AWS SysOps Administrator - Associate, AWS Solutions Architect - Associate
- Familiarity with healthcare application platforms like TriZetto Facets is preferred
