AWS Cloud Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Providing expertise in AWS environments, the full-time Intermediate AWS Cloud Systems Operations Administrator will manage and operate workloads on AWS, implement security controls, and support process improvements in a remote setting requiring a Top Secret with SCI clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements documents and functional models for AWS systems
• Deploy, manage, and operate workloads on AWS, ensuring compliance with security controls
• Support development and test teams with system administration for AWS and Kubernetes environments

Required qualifications

• At least five years of IT systems administrative experience with Microsoft and Linux platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in system administration for Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
• Kubernetes CKA certification and/or training with one year of applied experience on containerized platforms
• IAT level 1 minimum, IAT level 2 preferred (e.g., Security+)
