AWS DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the US Department of the Treasury's TCloud enterprise cloud development effort, the fully remote AWS DevSecOps Engineer will operate and maintain cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and SRE principles while enabling observability and resilience throughout multi-cloud landing zones.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cloud environments utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and SRE principles
• Develop and maintain automation for continuous integration and deployment across multiple environments
• Implement security policies and assess new FedRAMP cloud services using security best practices

Required qualifications

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree with four years of related experience or a Master's degree with two years of related experience
• Experience in cloud environments and knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
• Proficiency in containerization with Kubernetes and scripting in PowerShell or Bash
• Familiarity with security automation tools and cloud infrastructure best practices
