Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Software Engineer to join their team supporting the Department of Homeland Security's biometric system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure system software and hardware, including network devices and firewalls
  • Monitor system performance and manage user accounts while providing Tier III support for escalated help desk requests
  • Review performance logs to identify issues, document troubleshooting steps, and support system incident resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma with 6 years of experience in Information Technology
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government agency level clearance
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Cloud Systems Administration
  • Experience with AWS and knowledge of RHEL, Windows, and other open-source technologies
  • Familiarity with tools such as OpenShift, Splunk, and Ansible Automation Platform
