Azure Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
To ensure optimal performance and security of the Azure cloud environment, the full-time remote Azure Cloud Engineer will manage cloud resources, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provision and maintain cloud resources, including virtual machines and databases
- Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and security
- Design and implement Azure cloud-based solutions while automating tasks using PowerShell scripting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT administration, specifically Azure cloud administration
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture
- Hands-on experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates
- Active Secret clearance is required
