Azure Cloud Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting executive escalation risk management, the remote Azure Cloud Operations Analyst will manage Azure transition activities, monitor support tickets, and engage proactively to prevent escalations over an 18-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Azure transition activities, including out-of-policy exception requests
- Support complex Azure transitions across various purchasing and billing models
- Translate complex Azure requirements into clear guidance for account teams, partners, and customers
Required qualifications
- Experience with the Microsoft Commerce Platform is required
- Intermediate knowledge of Azure tenants, subscriptions, and billing models
- Understanding of Azure purchasing channels and agreements, including CSP, EA, and MCA-E
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience maintaining operational records in Azure DevOps or similar systems
