Azure Cloud Support Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Azure Cloud Support Administrator will manage network platforms, provide Azure support, and act as an escalation point for high-priority incidents while ensuring exceptional client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage network platforms, firewalls, and VPNs, implementing policy-based routing and load balancing
• Act as an escalation point for technicians, troubleshooting high-priority incidents and managing service requests following ITIL best practices
• Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and customer-specific runbooks, including automation processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud support administration
• Experience with automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices
• Knowledge of network platforms and firewalls, including VPNs and load balancing
• Must obtain Microsoft Azure Admin (AZ-104) certification within 90 days of employment
