Azure Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support innovative data solutions, the remote Azure Data Engineer will design and build data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric, while developing data pipelines and collaborating with project teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric
- Develop data pipelines and integration processes using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Synapse Analytics
- Write and maintain SQL, Python, and PySpark code to support analytics and reporting initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3-8+ years' experience building data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or PySpark
- Understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with source control, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps
