Azure/M365 Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Providing dependable operations and maintenance support, the full-time Azure/M365 Operations and Maintenance Engineer will monitor Azure and Microsoft 365 services, resolve incidents, and implement changes while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain Azure and M365 services, including identity, networking, compute, and storage components
- Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with service level agreements
- Implement approved changes and maintain configuration documentation while supporting release and maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Azure, Microsoft 365, or enterprise cloud operations
- Experience with Entra ID, Azure Monitor, and M365 administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, network, and application service layers
- Experience with ticketing, change-control, and knowledge-management processes
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with users and engineers
