Azure Operations Technician
Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day health and operational performance of Azure Landing Zone infrastructure and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, the full-time remote Azure Operations Technician will manage administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks across core Azure services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing operation and maintenance of Azure Landing Zone components and monitor platform health and resource performance
- Provide day-to-day support for Azure Virtual Desktop environments, troubleshooting user connectivity and session reliability issues
- Respond to incidents and service requests, participating in troubleshooting and change management processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or end-user computing support experience
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure in an operational environment
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or other enterprise virtual desktop technologies
- Familiarity with Azure governance concepts including subscriptions, RBAC, and policies
