Job Summary
To ensure reliability and operational excellence for Azure platform services, the full-time Azure Site Reliability Engineer will support observability, incident response, automation, and resilience testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support observability, incident response, and operational runbook development for Azure services
- Collaborate with platform engineering, networking, security, and AI infrastructure teams to embed reliability into Azure-native solutions
- Ensure platform components meet reliability, availability, and scalability objectives for enterprise workloads in Azure
Required qualifications
- Strong experience operating and supporting Azure platform services with a focus on reliability and scalability
- Hands-on experience with Site Reliability Engineering practices, including automation and resilience testing
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Azure-native solutions
- Solid background in maintaining operational runbooks for enterprise Azure environments
- Experience supporting AI infrastructure workloads at scale within Azure
