B2B Collections Analyst

Job Summary

Independently managing a portfolio of customer accounts, the full-time B2B Collections Analyst will drive collection results, resolve complex account issues, and partner with internal stakeholders to enhance accounts receivable performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts, including aging analysis and collection prioritization
• Develop collection strategies based on account history, payment trends, and customer risk factors
• Analyze account activity and prepare collection reports, aging trends, and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of business-to-business collections or accounts receivable experience
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash, billing, and accounts receivable processes
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics D365
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
