B2B EDI Implementation Lead
Job Summary
Leading the technical and operational onboarding of business customers, the full-time remote B2B EDI Implementation Lead will manage trading partner integrations from requirements gathering to go-live, serving as the primary liaison between technical teams, trading partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Defines and leads the EDI and B2B integration roadmap to align with company growth and supply chain strategy
- Manages the full lifecycle of EDI and B2B trading partner onboardings, ensuring successful testing and certification
- Coordinates and manages relationships with third parties while serving as the cross-functional implementation leader
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in EDI, B2B integration, or related IT implementation roles
- Proven expertise in EDI standards and trading partner onboarding
- Strong industry knowledge of ERP systems, with Sage X3 experience preferred
- Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or TrueCommerce preferred
