B2B Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the B2B merchant platform end to end, the full-time Product Manager B2B will manage the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance the merchant experience through strategic product development and operational improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Own the B2B roadmap, prioritizing features related to onboarding, dashboards, analytics, and billing
- Run discovery sessions with merchants and internal teams to identify product improvements and manage the backlog of engineering tickets
- Lead product releases, measuring outcomes and iterating on features based on performance metrics
Required qualifications
- B2B product management experience in hospitality or restaurant technology
- 3-5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering measurable results
- Strong skills in product discovery, specification writing, and release management, with familiarity in tools like Jira and Confluence
- Experience with API and POS integrations, as well as knowledge of subscription billing and payment management
- A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
