Job Summary
Building high-throughput production services, the full-time Back-End Software Engineer will design and operate systems that power AI agent orchestration and real-time data pipelines while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate high-throughput production services for AI workflows and integrations
- Design and develop core platform services to ensure scalability of systems
- Collaborate with ML/AI, Product, and Front-End engineers to deliver AI-powered features end to end
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in back-end development with strong fundamentals in algorithms and system design
- Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale
- Proficiency with AWS or other cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
- Fluency with AI coding tools and an understanding of their impact on software development
- Deep understanding of CI/CD and infrastructure as code
