Job Summary
Building and operating high-throughput production services, the full-time Back-End Software Engineer will design core platform services and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-powered features in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate production services that power AI agent orchestration and real-time data pipelines
- Design core platform services including task schedulers, session history, and APIs connecting the AI engine to product surfaces
- Collaborate closely with ML/AI, Product, and Front-End engineers to deliver end-to-end AI-powered features
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in back-end development with strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
- Comfort working with AI-powered systems and prior experience building backend services for AI products is a plus
- Deep understanding of CI/CD and infrastructure as code
