Job Summary
Supporting production system quality and integrity, the full-time remote Associate Quality Analyst - Backend will focus on backend database testing, automated test development, and production incident triage within Agile/Scrum environments, particularly in healthcare claims processing.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute SQL queries to validate backend system processing and data integrity
- Support ETL testing activities by executing predefined test scenarios and comparing source and target data
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using approved testing frameworks and coding standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of QA experience in software quality assurance and automated testing in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Hands-on experience with at least one automated testing framework (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete)
- Working knowledge of SQL for database querying and data validation
- Experience with Oracle or SQL Server database environments
