Job Summary
Designing and operating core identity services, the full-time Backend Software Engineer will manage end-to-end feature delivery, maintain operational excellence, and mentor peers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate core identity services, implementing features from technical design to deployment
- Participate in on-call duties, incident response, and post-incident reviews to maintain operational excellence
- Champion security best practices and mentor peers through design and code reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics Engineering, or a related field
- Three (3) years of experience in software development using GoLang, Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, or Scala
- Experience with microservices architecture and extensible REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with public or private cloud offerings such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of database technologies including RDBMS (Oracle or Postgres) or NoSQL (DynamoDB or Cassandra)
