Backend Software Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Backend Software Specialist to enhance productivity and quality within the Identity and Fraud unit, working remotely and collaborating with Tech Leads and development teams to improve engineering practices and implement AI tools for software development.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate across squads to support technical decisions and platform evolution
- Work with Tech Leads and Architecture to define standards and reusable solutions
- Identify development bottlenecks and implement productivity and quality improvements
Required qualifications:
- Solid experience in backend development and high-scale systems
- Advanced experience with C# / .NET
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and MongoDB
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD
- Practical experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in software development
