Collaborating with product managers as a domain expert, the part-time contract Background Screening Product Consultant will provide insights on product initiatives, operational workflows, and compliance constraints in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to define new product initiatives and provide feedback
• Offer an operator's viewpoint on background screening processes, identifying manual efforts and delays
• Review requirements, specifications, and prototypes as an industry expert

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in the background screening industry, with a focus on operations or compliance
• Experience managing components of case fulfillment, review, or disputes
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape, particularly FCRA compliance
• Structured thinking ability to articulate complex operational realities
• Grounded perspective on AI product design, with a critical mindset towards demonstrations
