Bakery Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Proactively identifying and developing new business targets, the remote Bakery Business Development Manager will expand the bakery business through new account development and item placements while achieving annual revenue and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in accounts and participate in strategic account planning
• Manage day-to-day account responsibilities and expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a sales role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
