BambooHR Systems Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance BambooHR functionality and reporting, the remote BambooHR Systems Specialist will conduct a thorough system review, implement improvements, and train HR administrators as part of a three-month contract engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Audit the current BambooHR setup, identifying gaps and producing a prioritized improvement plan
- Build and optimize standard and custom reports, enhancing data quality and reporting access
- Configure workflows and automations for the employee lifecycle, testing solutions with process owners
Required qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in auditing, administering, and configuring BambooHR, including reporting and workflows
- Strong experience in building reports and improving data quality within BambooHR
- Ability to translate HR process requirements into practical system solutions
- Experience with HRIS audits, process mapping, and stakeholder training
- Familiarity with BambooHR integrations, payroll, or multi-country HR processes is desirable
