Bank Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Sponsor Bank Compliance Specialist will serve as the primary compliance contact for partner banks, managing inquiries, coordinating responses to due diligence requests, and overseeing marketing approvals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for sponsor banks, addressing questions and maintaining current program information
• Coordinate responses to bank RFIs and prepare for recurring program reviews, tracking action items to closure
• Review and submit marketing materials and new product features for bank approval, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fintech or bank compliance, BaaS program management, or related roles
• Direct experience with sponsor banks or in a bank's fintech/BaaS oversight team
• Working knowledge of AML/BSA, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, and card network rules
• Ability to manage multiple parallel requests and deadlines effectively
• Excellent written communication skills for regulatory-style inquiries
